    Hello to all

I have email a quite few calligraphers or place that teach calligraphy.
I have only got a few emails back from them but most of them I don't even get a reply from them.
Which is really annoying. I know & understand that people do have jobs & lifes to live but an email only takes a minute or two.

So I have decied to post my rant on here & hope that some one here can help me in any way.

I have contacted Mohamed Zakariya & his handler has told me that he is unable to help (until next year or 2) because he is very busy.

All that I need to is the basic supplies to start Arabic calligraohy ie. reeed pens, ink, paper......

I have a Saudie Arabia brother who is very knowledgeable in langauge & writing currently teaching me arabic & arabic hand writing. So he is able to teach me a little bit, until I can get a Master of Calligraphy to learn from.

I have look at many websites & even had some translated via google translate a whole web site & I can not find any where to buy the supplys to get started. For a good 2 months I have been looking for supplys.

I am currently in Australia, so it is very hard to find any supplys over here.

If any one is willing to help me information or even with getting supplys; I am more than willing to pay for the supplies & your time.

Sorry if this seems like & rant but I am disappointed at what has happen so far but one must a patience.

    Thank You

    Sincerely

    Haroun

Salaam to haroun, gaoming and everyone,

If you would like to email me, we can discuss calligraphy supplies etc. Wadud Gallery and Lighting in Singapore has inks, qalam, and other items that you may be interested in. All were purchased in Turkey. Insha'allah, may the way be eased for us to be accepted as students by the master calligrapher that al-Hadi is guiding us to.

    Sincerely,

    mawb (beck.csa@gmail.com)

    Hi Haroun,
If you email me at josh.berer@gmail.com I will email you a big catalog of calligraphy supplies. I imported a ton of inks, pens, papers, and other accessories for Arabic calligraphy because you simply cannot purchase them in the UK, Australia or USA. I ship all over the world. I have everything you need.

    Dear Josh

I read that you can help with supplies on other pages, on this website. You did put your email address up.

I have emailed you a few times already, last one was on the 13/10/2010. It must of been filtered to your junk email folder. This happens, so don't worry about it.

Have look for the email address haroun-yusuf@hotmail.com because that is mine.

Just in case you can't find the email that I sent you. I will send another one now.
