I've a principal problem with my pens when writing. I've seen several videos where Elinor, Josh and others do write with one dip of there pen into the ink more than one letter. When I make a stroke I need to dip at least twice in order to be able to finish the letter and than you see where you took off the pen.

This happens most of the time. This happens to me with ink from Istanbul aswell as with the ink I made myself. Also to paper I prepared and to ahared paper I bought.

My pen do look (for me at least) similar to those I saw in the videos mentioned above. So my questions would be, what am I doing wrong?
